Drivers Age
The minimum driver’s age is 20 years and the maximum driver’s age is 85  years.
A Young driver fee of 10 EUR per day applies for drivers aged 20 to 25 years old.

Driver’s License
Driver must present a full and valid driving license that should be valid with no major endorsements, no experience required.

Licenses issued in EU countries will be valid for driving in Spain, provided they are current.

An International Driver’s License (IDL) is mandatory and must be accompanied by the original domestic license of the driver for all countries.

Insurance Coverage

Collision Damage Waiver (CDW)
It is included in your rental amount.
Collision damage waiver reduces the customer’s damage responsibility to the excess of 500 EUR.
Theft Waiver (THW)
It is included in your rental amount.
It reduces the client's financial responsibility for loss or theft to the vehicle to the sum of the deductible of 500 EUR
Third Party Liability
It is included in the your rental amount.
It covers the amount up to 1 Million EUR.

Excess Reduction
Additional insurance options are available.
A full insurance SCDW (Super Collision Damage Waiver) with no excess is available at the rental desk for 25 EUR per day, up to a maximum of 250 EUR. This coverage includes roadside assistance and protection for windshield and bodywork damage. Please note, it does not cover damage to tires, the interior of the vehicle, or the underside of the car.

A police report is mandatory in the event of an incident. If no police report is provided, the customer will be held responsible for the full cost of the damage.

Other fee:
1. If the vehicle keys are lost or stolen, a fee of EUR 300 will apply.
2. You are responsible for the cost of any parking fines, other penalties plus a 20 EUR administration fee.

3. In case of loss of original vehicle documents, a fee of 150 EUR will apply.

4. In case of wrong fuel, a fee of EUR 800 will apply.

5. If car is returned dirty, a charge of 30–160 EUR will apply depending on the level of cleaning required.
6. In case of public electric charger not returned or damaged, a fee of 300 EUR will apply. In case of domestic electric charger not returned or damaged, a fee of 200 EUR will apply.

7. In case of loss of the safety vest, a fee of 8 EUR will apply. In case of loss of the emergency kit, a fee of 16 EUR will apply.

8. Vehicles will be equipped with GPS tracking devices. In case of tampering or loss of the device, a penalty of 80 EUR will apply.

Smoking in the car is prohibited, and if Client smoke in the car a fee of 300 EUR will apply.

Breakdown Assistance

Breakdown assistance is available free of charge. If breakdown is required due to customers fault additional charge will apply depending on the situation. Relevant contact details and roadside assistance procedures will be given prior to the commencement of the hire. In case of an accident, the customer must fill out an accident report and submit it to the rental office within 48 hours. If not, a fee of 80 EUR will be applied.

Fuel Policy

Same to Same.
The client must return the vehicle with the same amount of fuel provided at the time of check out.
Please Note: The vehicle must be refueled within 10 km to 12 km of the return station and the renter must present the receipt from the petrol station to confirm that the vehicle is returned with the same fuel tank. If the fuel tank is not returned at the same level, a fee of 1.80 EUR per liter will apply.

Mileage Policy

Limited Mileage of 250 KM per day, if exceeded a charge of 0.15 EUR per KM will apply depending on the vehicle. Some vehicles are available with unlimited mileage, and the terms for these vehicles will be specified at the time of booking.

Cross Border Travel

Cross-border travel is allowed, but you must notify us 48 hours before pick-up and is obligatory to purchase SCDW insurance.

For vehicles in standard categories, a fee of 25 EUR/day applies, up to a maximum of 250 EUR.

For vehicles in premium categories (e.g. Peugeot Traveller, Citroën Spacetourer), a fee of 40 EUR/day applies, up to a maximum of 320 EUR.

Additional insurance is required if traveling to the following countries: Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, France (mainland), Germany, Italy (mainland), Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Portugal (mainland), San Marino, Slovenia, Switzerland, Vatican. It is not permitted to travel to countries not mentioned here.

It is strictly forbidden to transport the vehicle by ferry to or from mainland Spain or to drive it outside the Spanish peninsula under any circumstances.

Important: If the customer takes the vehicle outside of Spain without informing us in advance, a penalty of 800 EUR will apply. This amount is non-negotiable and is intended to reflect the serious violation of cross-border policy. If an accident occurs while outside the country without proper coverage, the customer will be fully liable for all damages and costs, as no insurance will apply.

VAT

VAT is included in the rental price.

Payment Methods and Deposit
All major credit cards except American Express are accepted and must be on main drivers name  while paying at the rental desk.
Debit card payments are also accepted for rental payment only and not deposit.

Deposit
A refundable deposit of 500 EUR will be held from the credit card until the car is returned.

Delivery and Collection

Delivery and collection service within Madrid city is available and may be subject to a fee. We would like to point out that delivery or return to locations other than the contracted one must be arranged in advance and may be subject to an additional charge depending on the location.

Out of Hours

Out of hours service is not available.

Grace Period
For vehicle pick up
1 hour grace period from the schedule time of pickup is allowed. If the customer comes to pick the vehicle after the grace period the booking will be considered as "No-show" or car will be provided but extra charge of half day will apply If client doesn’t inform.

For late return
1 hour grace period is for returning vehicles. If the customer comes to return the vehicle after the grace period then additional one day charge will apply.

Extras
Confirmation of Special Equipment’s depends upon the availability at the rental desk.
